PAYMENT, SALES, SHIPPING, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO DEFECTS
These are the terms and conditions of NXBO:

PAYMENT: We accept all payment methods, including credit and debit cards, with up to 3 or 6 interest-free installments (this may vary depending on current promotions by Paypal). You can also pay in cash at via bank transfer. Once the payment is made, we will notify you via email with your purchase tracking link. You can also contact us with any questions and modify your order within 24 hours of making the payment. Since we work on a made-to-order basis and send orders to production immediately, we do not accept size changes once the order has been packed or shipped. We will also send you an invoice for your purchase. If you do not receive it, you can request it by email or through our WhatsApp at 2616414717. This may take a few hours.

PURCHASE: You can place your order on our online store at WWW.NXBO.COM.AR. If you are not familiar with online shopping, you can write to us, and we will help you, or we can take your order through our communication channels (@NXBO.OK) or 2616414717. Once your payment is received, production times are between 6-7 business days. As an exclusive streetwear company, we only work on a made-to-order basis. When we receive your payment and order, we proceed to manufacture the garments you have purchased. We do this to maintain the exclusivity of your garment and reduce environmental pollution from mass production. When you make a purchase at NXBO, you have 24 hours to cancel your order before it goes into production.

SHIPPING: Once your garment is ready, it is cleaned and checked to ensure there are no defects. Then, we label and package it with the shipping label according to the chosen courier and shipping type. You can choose HOME DELIVERY, POST OFFICE PICKUP, or EXPRESS DELIVERY (this option may or may not be available on our website). We will send you an email when it is packed and notify you when it is dispatched along with the TRACKING NUMBER. You can track your package on the courier’s platform (e.g., www.dhl.com).

EXCHANGES: If upon receiving your order you realize it is not the right size and you want to exchange it for another, you must contact us with your name and surname or order number (e.g., Order #210), and we will explain the steps to follow — it is very easy. If there was a FREE SHIPPING promotion at the time of purchase, we will not cover the costs of any shipping. You have 48 hours to notify us about an exchange and 72 hours to return the product. If you have received promotional discounts, we will not be able to make exchanges or returns in accordance with consumer protection laws. All items with promotions, sales, or discounts cannot be exchanged or returned. Also, remember NOT TO WASH THE GARMENTS if you need to exchange them, as we DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR WASHED OR WORN GARMENTS OR IN ANY CONDITION OTHER THAN HOW YOU RECEIVED THEM. The garments are disinfected before shipping and are UNUSED since NXBO manufactures on demand. You can exchange for the same product in a different size or any other product from our brand. If there is a difference in your favor, it can be used as a credit for another product or will remain as credit on your account for 30 days. Cash refunds are not made. If the difference is in favor of the brand, you must pay the difference to obtain the higher-value product.

RETURNS OR RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTS: Please note that since we work on a made-to-order basis, as stated in the product description, we do not accept product returns or refunds (in line with Consumer Law). The brand provides detailed images of all products, size charts, and personalized help chats where you can consult any aspect of the product or purchase. We are here to make your shopping experience as comfortable as possible. Why do we not offer refunds or accept returned garments? When you place your order, we dedicate ourselves to providing you with the garment you purchased, ensuring it is unique. Therefore, we do not mass-produce, and the item would remain in unnecessary stock. If your garment has a defect, please notify us so we can assess the return, and if a repair is not possible, we will send you a new one.
You can exchange it for the same product in a different size or any other product from our brand. If there is a balance difference in your favor, it can be used as partial payment for another product or will remain as credit on your account for 30 days. Cash refunds are not made. If the difference is in favor of the brand, you must pay the difference to obtain the higher-value product.

Important Notes:
The exchange price will be the original amount paid for the product during the sale, regardless of its current price. If the replacement item has a different price, you will need to pay the difference.
